Patent League Award to Demirdöküm from Turkish Patent Institute

DemirDöküm was entitled to be awarded with “Patent League Award” among 10 domestic applicants that made the greatest number of patent applications in 2005.

“Patent League Awards”, granted during the ceremony held on 23 August 2006 in Ankara by Turkish Patent Institute, are given in order to incentivize the activities aimed at providing technological development, encouraging making inventions, and increasing public awareness regarding patent.

DemirDöküm was also entitled to be awarded with Patent League Award among 10 domestic applicants that contributed to the economic and technological development of Turkey and made the greatest number of patent applications in 2005.

At the ceremony, General Manager Bülent Lütfü Kızıltan received the award on behalf of DemirDöküm. Kızıltan stated that they will continue making investments on R&D activities and the development of new technologies, and expressed his gratification for being awarded with the Patent League Award.

DemirDöküm, having defined its vision as “being one of the 3 companies of the world in heating sector in 2010”, will carry on creating difference with the new products produced by its own technology and R&D activities.
