Superior DemirDöküm Quality
DemirDöküm boilers are tested under rigorous conditions equivalent to 15 years of operation. Each boiler successfully passes the following tests before commissioning: -Boiler Lifetime Test: 50,000 on/off cycles over 18 months of continuous operation. -Heat Exchanger Lifetime Test: 25,000 ignition cycles and 2,000 hours of continuous operation at 100% modulation over 12 months. -Filter, Plate Heat Exchanger, and Pump Tests: 30 weeks of testing under high installation capacity and exposure to corrosion and particles. -Fan Resistance Test: Measurement of emission values at various wind speeds and angles.
